Return Policy
- All values and prices stated in the catalogue shall be in Euro unless reference is made to another currency.
- The buyer shall be bound to pay the sales price within 8 business days.
- Any return must be within 14 days, and the art must be returned in the same condition in which it was sold. If the return is for disputed authorship, return must be accompanied by a signed written statement from a qualified authority stating that the art work is a forgery.
- The art must be returned first to us and then the refund check will be sent or if paying by a credit card, your credit card will be refunded only after we have received the art back.
- We can`t accept items returned after 14 days of receipt.
- All our shipments are insured and professionally packed with high quality material. Please note that the condition of frames is not guaranteed.
- Note that by accepting these conditions of sale you are agreeing that all transactions conducted on this site will be subject to the laws of Germany/Italy. The place of jurisdiction and the law applicable for contracts made between AntiquesGermany.com on the one hand and the buyer on the other hand shall be the firms registered place of business.
