Condition:
Nice, used condition with normal signs of age. The gilding is rubbed in some places.

Description:
Decorative antique wooden console, intricately hand-carved and gilded. The sculpturally carved acanthus leaves and scrollwork give the piece a magnificent Baroque appearance. The console was later used as an unusual Christmas tree stand. The upper platform features a central opening to hold the tree trunk. The warm gilding, showing gentle age-related wear, emphasizes its authentic antique character.
