Description:
Exceptional antique Christmas tree ornament in the shape of an icicle, dating from around 1900. The ornament is made of moulded cotton batting and finely coated with glitter. Its sparkling surface resembles frozen snow and gives the piece a wonderfully wintry appearance. Authentic age-related signs of wear and the preserved patina emphasise the historical character of this rare collector’s item. Guaranteed antique – not a reproduction.
